I am released....

I just got back from the doctor and everything looks great.....
If you don't know....I had an emergency surgery last Thursday to remove my appendix....now that was exciting.....everything is great though....

we are so lucky to have such a great hospital and group of doctors.....they have saved my life twice now.....so I would say that I am indebted to them.....

Childress Relay for Life 5K Race

F3 along with Red Red Runners Club is sponsoring a 5K to benefit the Childress Relay for Life. It will be during the Relay for Life Festivities on Friday, June 5th. The cost is $25 a person with all proceeds going to Relay for Life. We are also going to have a 1 Mile Walk/Run ($25) and a kids' race ($2). just wondering...I have been debating on ordering some for the longest time.....

(and yes....I used to sell Beauticontrol and still do...) but I am always looking for makeup that works and stays on...while you workout and go through the day.....

just curious.....
