I want to wish my
Wonderful
Best
Parents
Happy Anniversary....
I pray everyday that I will be as good as parents as they were. They are the most hard working people that you will ever meet. They started out with nothing....and worked for everything that have. They made sure that we had everything we needed...and most of everything we wanted (without spoiling us...)
Most of my brothers and my friends...would rather hang out with them....They knew how to be our friend at the time we needed them...but knew (AND DID) put down the hammer when they needed to.
They have raised 3 successful and GOD-fearing children. They always let us know that GOD always had a plan and he will take care of those who believe. There is something to say about the quote...."The family that PRAYS together....STAYS together"
They raised us on a hardworking family farm. We started out moving pipe (irrigation pipe)....driving tractors....and everything that needed to be done....I (we) griped about it then...but now I look back and hope that my kids get the same opportunities I did to learn that some good ol' ELBOW GREASE will make you a better person.
They are 2 great volunteers...you need something ....either money or time....they will help as much if not more than they can....They are the ones that make me want to volunteer more...and make sure that I do my part.
Not only are they good parents......I COULDN'T ask for better GRANDPARENTS. My dad once said, "I wish we could've just have grandkids first..." (I hate to tell you dad...it couldn't happen) They love those kids and my kids love those guys.
Again I want to wish them a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY....and if you would....
JOIN ME AND SAY A SIMPLE PRAYER FOR THEM....and every married couple....
Marriage is the hardest job that you will ever have....but the PAY is worth it.
