Where to begin....pictures will follow....

School is out....Toby starts his new job....It is hotter than H-E- double L.....Finished the decorating job.....harvest has started......getting closer to having Colton here....

School is out...So now school is out...Graduation went great...and the last days of being a principal went great...He was ready to get out of town so we decided to take a quick trip to Dallas. We went to swim at the pool, Rangers game, an inside playground, and a couple other things...It was a nice time to get away...We also got to visit some great friends while we were down there...

New job....he is about to move to his new office...we are waiting for some things to get done..and then my part will come in...I can't stand when someone's office doesn't look like it is put together right...He is looking forward to the change...so am I...hopefully we will get to spend a little more time together as a family...

Being pregnant when the weather is averaging 102 is really not much fun. Unfortunately, I am starting to swell...and I still have 7 more weeks...can you believe that it has been this hot and windy...My poor yard looks awful....I am not looking forward to getting my water bill...

Finished decorating job....It is done..and it turned out looking great...the baby shower was this weekend, so I hope it turned out great...I haven't gotten to talk to her yet...So after the help of my mom....we got everything done...and complete...

Luckily, my kids and I have gotten to go visit with mom and dad up in Groom.. The kids got to go up and ride and watch the combines and harvest. Many of you might know....but my parents and most of my family still farm...My middle brother has come back to farm with my dad....my little brother just bought him a spraying business and also farms on the side...so farming is a big part of me and my life...I really love it...It is really stressful, but it is a great way to raise your family...Caden wouldn't get off the combine...and Kaitlyn loved getting to ride with her uncle...it is fun...The only bad thing...I forgot the camera...so hopefully we will get to go up again before harvest is over...

Colton has 7 weeks til he is going to be here...We haven't gotten everything ready for him but as of today I have almost everything.....We had a little scare so I went to Amarillo and got EVERYTHING that I needed... We will get the bed all set up this next week...and then everything should be closer...Since we didn't think we were going to have another little one...I gave away or sold my stuff...so I had to get all new things....I do have a hint to anyone having a baby....ONCE UPON A CHILD...it is a great place to get new or gently used items....I got a NEW carseat, pack n play, and other items....and then I had to buy 2 swings....and other items of 2 because I need them either for the gym or my mom's. Also...EBAY is a great place to find other items...I got his bedding for $20...only $20...it was everything for the crib and even some extras...(I know it might not be the best quality, or the absolute cutest...but I saved 100's of dollars on it) I will take pictures as soon as we get it all set up....

(by the way, if you know of any girls that you would recommend for your friends to date I need help... my middle brother just parted ways from his supposedly future wife....As of this point...I think the good Lord was looking out for him and our entire family...Let's just say...they broke up after she wanted him to buy her a $20,000 engagement ring...and I am not exaggerating...plus she has mentioned a lot of other things to his friends and it finally got back to him and it brought thoughts FINALLY to his head....My other brother than I where a little worried but we wanted our brother to be happy......so if you know of any girls (down-to-earth, fun-loving, and Catholic would be even better...) let me know....we need him to move on.....there is alot more details and reasons...but I didn't want to bore you...so if you want to know...ask me next time you see me...)

take care of yourself....steph

Steph,

Thanks for the sweet comments on my blog. There is another Walk to Emmaus in June, so that could be better for you. Just let me know when you decide you want to go and I would be more than happy to sponsor you! Honored, actually. See you soon, I hope!

Hey Chick - did you know Toby has a blog?

Of course you do.

His is good, but I'm not sure it'll be as good as yours :)

I might know a few single catholic girls. How old is your brother?

It sure was good to see you this weekend. I hope for more time to talk next time we are in town.

Tell Toby that I love the blog and that he needs to get Rocky on board!
